Due to the nature of digital items we are unable to refund or accept returns. If you are experiencing any difficulties with your purchase please contact us—we are happy to help.

 PHYSICAL PRODUCTS 

We use third party suppliers to fulfil our orders. For paperback book purchases the policy is:

Please note there are no change of mind refunds. If your order is damaged by the carrier or incorrectly delivered, contact the freight provider directly. Their details will be on the tracking information sent to you. If the damage is due to an error in printing or significant print quality issue, please contact us within 20 days of receiving it with a photo and description of the imperfection. We will then liaise with our printers to provide a replacement. Note: Faulty items do not need to be returned-to-sender. Shipping and handling is non-refundable.

We are not currently offering physical art prints or canvas.
