DIGITAL PRODUCTS
You will receive an email with an instant download link and instructions. Please check your spam folder if it does not arrive within 10 minutes.
PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We do not stock our products in store. We use two print on demand providers. This means your order will be printed after it is placed, then packaged and sent to you by our print partners. Our printers use the major carriers of the applicable country and are always tracked. Books are printed by a global company which has locations in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia (unfortunately tracked mail in Australia is significantly more than untracked but we need to guarantee it reaches you). Your nearest print location will fulfil your order. NZ orders are printed and sent from Australia.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and a follow-up notification once your order has shipped. This will contain a tracking number to track your delivery. Normal print times are 3-5 days after your order has been placed and payment cleared. Shipping time is additional, and an estimated delivery date will be indicated in the confirmation email.
Please allow for delivery delays due to Covid or extreme weather events. Please also be aware if an order does require international shipping that in some instances it can be delayed by customs.

Note: Our store has filters in place to protect against fraud. If an order is flagged on our end it may result in cancellation and a full refund prior to fulfilment. If this occurs and you believe an error has been made, please contact us to resolve the issue.
